The mission of USINPAC is to promote a better understanding of India and Indian culture and to support the development of a strong US-India partnership.

USINPAC is a non-profit organization of US citizens incorporated in the State of North Carolina. It is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable and educations purposes. USINPAC is accorded tax-exempt status under the IRS 501(c)(3) code. The benefits of having 501(c)(3) status include exemption from federal income tax and eligibility to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions. The organization is barred from any activities not permitted under section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS code.
USINPAC is not a ‘Political action committee (PAC)’. USINPAC will refrain from participation in or make contributions to the political campaigns of candidates for local, state, or federal office.
USINPAC is a secular organization with no religion based restrictions on who contributes to or participates in the activities of USINPAC. It is a nonpartisan organization. USINPAC does not represent the Government of USA, India nor any other foreign government, or any of their agencies.
The USINPAC volunteers have been actively working for the young, first-generation American Indian diaspora and tried to serve our mission through events, forums, and think-tanks
